By using Prizora, you consent to the terms outlined below.

For working and using prizora.com, users must be 18 years old or above, and if there is any legal binding required, they should be able to do that.

Now, the following are the steps to create an account at prizora.com and the detailed terms of use, eligibility, survey policies, payments, and security.

You need to agree to all the terms and conditions of prizora.com; if you do not agree to the TACs, you may have your account terminated. If we discover any false information, we will terminate your account after a notice period.

works as a survey panel for those who voluntarily join the Prizora site and accept our terms and conditions. Prizora offers various surveys to their registered members. Prizora operates these surveys in conjunction with third-party survey providers.

PRIZORA products

Prizora ensures that the provided information for every product is correct and updated. In the meantime, there may be some errors in the content.

However, we reserve the right to:

• Correct any inaccuracies.
• Revise any information on the Prizora site without prior notification to members.
• If any information is inaccurate on the Prizora site, Prizora can cancel related surveys or orders until it is corrected.

How Prizora rewards valuable members:

According to the terms and conditions, Prizora will notify you via your provided email address when a paid survey is available, including the invitation or offer details and the reward you will receive upon successfully completing the survey.

Prizora provides paid surveys to members who meet the specific criteria for each survey, as not all members qualify for every survey available. The important thing for our valuable members is to remember that if any error or invalid information is found at any stage, you will not be rewarded for that survey, and Prizora will have the right to cancel or terminate your membership.

Members cannot transfer their money to any other member; the only thing they can do is withdraw it. Certain conditions apply to withdrawing earned money, such as the requirement for members to reach the withdrawal gateway, and only one transfer is permitted per day.

Circumstances to take memberships:

The Prizora.com site operates under the management of a diverse team. Prizora expects from its registered members that the administrator who is controlling the site’s data can be replaced at any time; members must agree on this point. Do not worry about your data and privacy; Prizora will inform you simultaneously via email or any other contact method.

Prizora has its automated system to inform our members regarding upcoming news, system updates, messages related to members, etc. Prizora reserves the right to send emails at any time; while not every email from Prizora will contain an offer or invitation for surveys, you may also receive emails regarding system updates or service updates.

There is no specific or fixed number of opportunities to earn rewards; members are bound to agree on this term as well.

Apart from some necessary instructions mentioned above, the following are the remaining conditions explained in detail:

• Members need to provide unique email addresses for easy communication and to make data more secure.
• The information you provide during account creation must be correct and accurate; any false information may lead to the permanent termination of your account.
• Prizora is entitled to terminate your account for violation of this agreement, and your reward and earned money will not be delivered to you.
• You must agree to not use any separate account on Prizora.
• Prizora will not be responsible for any taxes on your earned reward.
• For changing any personal information, you must acknowledge Prizora in advance, preferably via email address, as most of the communication from Prizora will be done through email, and the payment method of PayPal or Amazon will be done through the given email address as well.
• You will not share your account credentials with anyone else. If you find any cyberattack on your account, you will immediately inform us.
• You need to agree and understand that you will not use any AI-based system to get more reward points.

PRIZORA’s Connected Sites

As Prizora has been linked with multiple sites as a third party, Prizora may connect you or may share the link of these sites, but Prizora is not responsible for content and information available on these sites; it is the responsibility of the members to make proper compliance with the provided guidelines.

Privacy Policy

Data collected in the sites is carefully governed by Prizora.

Intellectual Property

Each and every piece of content available on the Prizora site, including graphics, audio, video content, images, logos, surveys, and other materials, is the intellectual property of and authorised to be used by Prizora and its business partners. Members are not allowed to modify, update, republish, or replace any content from the PRIZORA site; violating this may terminate your membership permanently.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Prizora tries to provide high-impact services to its valuable members, but a variety of technical issues may occur, like hardware devices, portability, operating system, type of browser the user is using, etc. All the products and services offered by the site are without warranties of any kind. PRIZORA may give a disclaimer regarding the error, so PRIOZRA cannot guarantee the error.

Prizora does not guarantee that the site will be error-free or free from viruses.

Liability Limitation

To the complete extent permitted by law, Prizora shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or any other damages, which include loss of data or profits, arising from access to or use of the site, etc.

Prizora is not liable to pay any amount exceeding the amount paid by members for the product.

Some negligence from limitation of liability may be

• Any unauthorised access or misusing access by transmitting data.
• Without Prizora consent, accessing third-party services.
• Publishing any information without consent.
• Any other related service or matter.

Indemnification

You indemnify Prizora, its affiliates, officers, and employees against all the claims, suits, demands, and liabilities, including legal fees, connected to.

• Violation of any rights of a third party.
• Violation of Prizora terms and conditions.
• Immaturity of using this site.

Termination

Prizora reserves the right to terminate your account or suspend your account with prior notice for violating Prizora terms and conditions; some other reasons may be as follows:

• By providing an invalid email address, your account will be suspended for a few days until the problem is resolved. You will have access to your account, but it will be without surveys and invitations to surveys.
• You can terminate your account from Prizora without notice by simply terminating the member’s account. But after termination, you cannot claim any recovery payment.
• Prizora can terminate your account with prior notice; you will be informed via email.

Befitting Laws

All the terms and conditions explained here are governed by the laws of the Philippines without conflicting.

These terms and conditions are purely an understanding and agreement between us.
